Assistant Administrator
Yaakov joined our sister community, The Chateau in April of 2021 as the Director of Concierge. His role was to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care, comfort, and support. This includes meeting with each resident daily to ensure they have everything they need to be comfortable and happy. He can be seen speaking with residents and discussing their needs, to enhance our overall customer service. Since completing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, he has now transitioned to our community as The Assistant Administrator. He is known to utilize his strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. Yaakov balances all challenges presented to him by residents, families, and The Glengariff staff with a positive attitude and a smile on his face.
